Vi søger en dedikeret og entusiastisk Consumer Collecting Specialist til at blive en del af vores team. I denne rolle vil du lede vores Student Marketeer Team, som dagligt arbejder på at skabe mindeværdige brandoplevelser rundt i Danmark. Dit ansvar bliver at sikre, at vores produkter virkelig taler til forbrugerne og skaber en stærk forbindelse mellem dem og vores brand.Som Consumer Collecting Specialist bliver du en del af et dedikeret Consumer Collecting Team. Her vil du arbejde tæt sammen med Head of Consumer Collecting, der har sin faste base på vores nye kontor på Kultorvet i hjertet af København, samt vores 30 Student Marketeers, som er aktivt til stede i de større byer rundt om i Danmark. Du bliver en del af et 20-personers stort marketingteam, hvor passion, drive, dedikation, masser af energi og god stemning er en del af hverdagen.ANSVAR

Områder der passer dine styrker

Alle de ansvarsområder vi vil betro dig med:

Ansvarlig for at omsætte den strategiske forretningsplan til håndgribelige og operationelle planer for teamet af Student Marketeers.

Facilitering af månedlige planlægnings- og udviklingsmøder med Student Marketeer Team Leaders for at sikre en stærk eksekvering i marken.

Ansvarlig for opfølgning og overholdelse af måltal for sampling, seeding og hacks, salgssupport og events samt øvrige aktiviteter og projekter.^

Supportere Head of Consumer Collecting i rekrutteringsprocessen fra udarbejdelse af jobopslag, håndtering af ansøgninger, afholdelse af jobsamtaler, koordinering af prøvemissioner og gennemgående kommunikation med ansøgere og relevante kandidater.

Ansvarlig for onboarding af nye Student Marketeers og Student Marketeer Team Leaders – herunder også udarbejdelse af skriftligt materiale, e-learningmoduler, workshops og guidelines samt opfølgning af udvikling.

Planlægning af nationale samlinger af Student Marketeers og Student Marketeer Team Leaders både i forhold til faciliteter, hospitality og rejser samt udarbejdelse af relevante workshopmoduler og teambuildingøvelser.

Sikre en ensartet forståelse og arbejdsmåde på tværs af teams, som kan danne grundlag for idé- og erfaringsudvikling og drive fremskridt ved brug af ’best practices’.

Udførelse af regelmæssige ’field visits’ med fokus på træning i marken samt afholdelse af lokale relevante aktiviteter, workshops og træning.

Ansvarlig for dataindsamling og rapportering via Red Bulls systemer samt bidrag til udvikling og vedligeholdelse af disse.

Ansvarlig for vedligeholdelse af Student Marketeer faciliteter, lagerføring og produktbestillinger samt tilhørende dokumentation i Red Bulls systemer.

Ansvarlig for drift og vedligehold af Student Marketeer værktøjer, så de til enhver tid er funktionsdygtige og i premium stand – herunder særligt Red Bull Mini’er samt øvrige marketing- og eventværktøjer.

Håndtering af forbrugerhenvendelser med henblik på at yde den bedste service og support.

Erfaring fra lignende rolle eller nuværende/tidligere Student Marketeer. Evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt og effektivt i et hurtigt og skiftende miljø. Erfaring i at lede og udvikle medarbejdere og teams. Stærke kommunikationsevner i både skrift og tale. Stærke analytiske evner og et skarpt øje for detaljen i alle aspekter af arbejdet. 2+ års erfaring inden for marketing og/eller HR. Relevant videregående uddannelse inden for marketing er et plus, men ikke et krav. Dansk og engelsk (skrift og tale) Rejser 0-10%
