The Position

As an Automatic Supporter, you will be supporting the production and ensure a stable production with automatic problem solving. This will include participation in technical improvements projects, large investment projects and daily optimizations.

When sudden challenges arise in our production, it is our responsibility to ensure that action is taken so problems can be solved fast, efficiently and on the right quality level in close collaboration with our technicians. 

In this way, we often get to be the people who gets everything up and running again - with the dedicated help of all the experienced operators and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) supporters.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in IT, Marine Engineering, Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) or similar technical field.
• Have a newly graduated insight and knowledge or solid experience in IT & Automation support.
• Have knowledge of PLC, IT infrastructure, SCADA/HMI (iFIX), and servers in a Windows domain environment, which is considered a plus.
• Be fluent in Danish and English.

About the department

The department 114 (BRD FP KA Packaging) is located in Kalundborg. The 50 engaged employees ensure that our packaging lines are manufacturing glucagon and haemophilia products, ready for shipment to our patients around the world.
 
You will be a part of our Technical support team of 11 colleagues - Technicians and Engineers. As a team, we have a strong team spirit to help each other and at the same time work across the organisation to create best possible results. Together, it is our responsibility to support and continuously improve our packaging lines to perform better tomorrow than we did yesterday while remaining on a high compliance level. Our workday unfolds in an environment where the pace is high, and our contribution to the delivery of products is felt on a daily basis.
