Your future role

Denmark has set an ambitious goal to upgrade its mainline network to improve reliability and decrease maintenance. Alstom is here to deploy and maintain a new signalling System, ERTMS (European Railway Traffic Management System) in the East of Denmark and a Traffic Management System (TMS).

As Project Manager Roll Out you will be responsible from the Kick-off meeting to Final Approval to deploy one or more lines with the new Signalling System for customer acceptance and optimal financial result. Your will report to the Project Director of the project.

Your key responsibilities?

Drive the execution of the Signaling project, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations Lead a Project Team and when applicable internal and external stakeholders. Perform project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual, including proactive risk and opportunity management. Ensure completion of Project Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer /Platform satisfaction. Ensure optimal quality of project/program execution and reviews. Ensure that critical aspects are identified in reviews and proactively / professionally addressed and followed up. Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned toward project/program goals. EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and Customer requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors. Report to senior management the status of the project/program and its KPIs, during the business/sector project reviews.

Previous experience of 5 years of relevant Project Management and / or Engineering Management experience in Signalling Railways.

Good knowledge of Project management processes (background level depending on the complexity of the Project)

Good knowledge of railway products and systems.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical or a related field

Hands-on experience leading complex projects from start to finish

Good communication skills.

Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and decision minded.

Fluent in English , Danish is a plus
