SAS Developer Expert

emagine is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAS Developer for our client in the banking industry. Our mission is to deliver trusted, automated reporting solutions for our customers, financial supervisory authorities, and internal stakeholders, including the Group Leadership Team, Group Finance Management, Regulatory Reporting, and Risk Models. The IT solutions you will develop provide the calculation of the Capital Adequacy Directive and Expected Credit Loss.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and test IT solutions for capital adequacy and expected credit loss calculations.
Utilize SAS (4GL and macro programming) to develop and implement reporting solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
Superior knowledge of SAS (4GL and macro programming).
6-7 years of SAS development experience.
Strong programming and analytical skills.
Knowledge of SQL and Python is an advantage.
Practical experience with databases.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Thorough, independent, and team-oriented work style.
Familiarity with SAFe, Agile methodologies, and principles.
Start Date: ASAP
