We are currently looking for Senior Consultants and Senior Business Analysts to drive projects within analysis and scoping in our high-profile programme. As a part of Technology & Services Remediation, you will become part of high-prioritized programs. In Remediation, we analyse previous errors in our processes and it-systems, assess customer impact of identified errors and compensate affected customers. This task is highly complex and spans across multiple areas such as analysis, data, modelling, communication, stakeholder management and improvement of processes and system. Working in this high-profile and highly complex remediation program will fast-track your project and stakeholder management skills.
Our focus is to drive remediation best practice within the Group and have the execution capabilities behind. Our core competency is the ability to solve complex problems in close collaboration with both internal partners and external stakeholders to make an impact that matters to our customers and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
You will become part of a team that drives projects and complex analysis. Your responsibilities will include:
Take lead, analyse, design, and implement change Drive projects independently Facilitate, gather, and present complex materials to Management Coordinate processes, make charters, set timelines, and align information with relevant stakeholders Help relevant stakeholders establish an overview and structure the process from the beginning of the project and till goals are achieved Document and log all processesQualifications
3-5 years of experience from consultancy or similar in-house function You can work with complex tasks independently and in collaboration with colleagues You possess an analytical mind-set being able to break down complex problems and finding the right solutions You are an expert in Power Point and Excel You have great experience in cooperating across different departments, stakeholders, and business partners You can facilitate very complex material in an easy and understandable wayWe can offer you
