HSSE Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing company's employee safety at work. The main duty is to ensure that the company complies to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines. The main goal is to always ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents at workplace.

DOCUMENT PROCESSING

Monitors and keep records of accidents/incidents at workplace

Prepares and maintain all safety related documents and records

Prepares Hazard Analysis Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) Plan

Prepare and process memorandum of agreements and other contracts related to EHS

Monitors and maintains company and third-party regulatory permits, licenses and related documents.

Prepares and submits pertinent documents to regulatory agencies for reporting, monitoring and compliance.

Prepares safety related reports & presentations

OPERATIONS

Monitors Safety Performance of the company

Conducts risk assessment at workplace and prepares Hazard Analysis Risk Reduction Risk Control (HIRARC) Plan

Handles implementation of Behavioral Based Environment, Safety & Health (BESH) program

Conducts regular Safety Walkthrough to monitor and anticipate unsafe Acts & Conditions

Carry out investigation of any incidents/accidents to determine the root cause, identify controls and implement controls

Ensures compliance of operations to the safety rules & regulations

Ensures compliance of the facility to Fire Safety Standard

Facilitates and coordinates emergency procedures such as Fire Drills, Emergency Evacuation, etc.

Coordinates with Facility team for the request for repairs and maintenance of facility and equipment

Ensures all critical job complies to the National Competency Standard (NCII) from TESDA

Handles issuance of Work Permit

Cascades Safety programs to all employees

Conducts safety orientation to all employees, principals, visitors and other stakeholders.

Conducts/facilitates Safety related trainings

Attends/participates safety meetings within and outside the company.

Monitors and maintains Government Regulatory compliance

Handles regulatory visits/inspections

Prepares and submits pertinent documents to regulatory agencies for reporting, monitoring and compliance.

Participates in all EHS related audits

Ensure implementation of EHS SOPs

Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

ADMINISTRATIVE

Train, develop and motivate staff to maintain seamless operation.

Responsible of identifying applicable environmental legal requirements

Monitor performance of operations employees through leadership and effective implementation of management initiatives.

Support account operation and support to meet their requirements.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Equipment Reliability and Availability

We are looking for

PCO training and experience is a MUST.

BOSH/COSH Training & LCM training requirement from DOLE accredited agencies.

Substantial work experience in Safety.

DOLE or OSH practitioner would be PLUS.

BCO accredited handling preferred.

Good communication skill, Problem solving skill, and People handling skill are needed.
