About the job

In the role as technical consultant, the most important task is to create added value for our customers using our solutions. 

You must be able to offer technical consultancy assistance and professional project management to your customers - either on-site with the customer or from the office in Aalborg. Our customers expect us to be experts in our solutions and use this knowledge to challenge them in their business and processes.


You will be responsible for your own customers with a focus on:

Technical collaboration with your customers on their solutions Customer contact Consultancy assistance Project management Tasks at the customers' premises Internal coordination and planning

About you

We imagine that you have a technical relevant background as software developer, and with a desire to combine that with direct customer contact as consultant and project manager. You have a solid commercial and growth-oriented understanding and, through your commitment and personality, create the cohesion that ensures execution for the customer.


To be considered for the job, you must have:

Technical understanding of IT solutions and their value to customers Experience as a consultant and project manager in creating value for customers Business understanding and experience in working with business processes, preferably from the maritime industry or other industries Desire to become an expert in our solutions and integrate them with industry-specific business and process knowledge Results-oriented focus Strong communication skills and relationship competencies Personal drive and initiative Positive attitude and desire to make an impact
