As a Data Manager in Preclinical & LIMS Testing, you will support the management, integration, quality control, and validation of scientific data generated within biologics research programs, with a strong focus on antibody-related activities. You will work closely with data managers, scientists, data governance teams, and IT product teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and successful deployment of a new LIMS environment.


Your Responsibilities

  • Execute functional and technical testing activities related to LIMS system enhancements and implementations.
  • Challenge business requirements and validate implemented functionalities.
  • Perform data integration activities and database quality control checks.
  • Develop, review, and maintain user guides, training materials, business rules documentation, and process documentation in English.
  • Ensure understanding and integration of preclinical assays within the LIMS ecosystem.
  • Monitor and validate data flows between data platforms, master data systems, and business applications.
  • Support the implementation of Data Integrity requirements and FAIR data principles.
  • Collaborate with Agile product teams and scientific stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
  • Produce validation documentation, testing reports, meeting minutes, and activity reports.


Your Profile

  • Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Pharmacology, Data Science, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or Life Sciences environments.
  • Proven experience working with preclinical research data.
  • Significant experience in application testing, validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Experience within biologics research environments, ideally focused on antibody development.
  • Previous experience with LIMS platforms; Benchling experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance.
  • Knowledge of biologics and antibody research.
  • Understanding of sequencing, biology, and pharmacology related to antibodies.
  • Familiarity with MDM and reference data management systems.
  • Proficiency with SQL and advanced Excel.
  • Practical knowledge of Python and/or R.
  • Experience with data quality control, data integration, and validation processes.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
