Senior Document Controller

Engineering in Bergen is looking to strengthen the Technical Information team with new Senior Document Controllers. You will play an important part in Aibel's exiting journey in the ongoing energy transition.

About the position
We are searching for you with minimum 5 years' relevant experience within Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or related industry. Within the dynamic energy sector, we’re embarking on numerous exciting projects. We hope that you want to contribute to our fantastic team

Responsibilities and tasks include

  • Registration and distribution of technical documentation in internal and external databases
  • Handling revisions and control of documentation according to instructions
  • Steady use of Proarc, STID and PIMS
  • Development of project specific guidelines for DC routines

Qualifications

  • Experience within technical information
  • Competence in Engineering information systems PIMS, STID and Proarc
  • Norwegian language skills is an advantage
