Your role
As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall corporate strategy development and driving the value creation plan forward. Collaborating with the Global Leadership Team (GLT) and other relevant teams, you will independently work across functions to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring executional success through appropriate follow-up and tracking.
• Support development, ratification, and implementation of LEO Pharma's overarching corporate strategy.
• Conduct analyses, draw meaningful insights, and inform decision-making related to corporate strategy.
• Produce compelling communications across media to engage a variety of audiences.
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and take action on initiatives to improve existing processes and capitalize on opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to diagnose challenges and develop practical implementation plans.
Your qualifications
• Master's degree is required
• At least 4 years of experience in a corporate strategy and / or management consulting
• Demonstrated track record of structured problem solving
• Experience working in life sciences
• Strong commercial and/or scientific acumen
• Experience and/or passion for learning about medical dermatology
• Well-developed analytical toolkit, including qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex concepts to deliver meaningful business insights
• Experience crafting and delivering written and verbal communications to senior stakeholders
Your new team
Join a small but highly impactful Strategy office and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets, including finance, business development, R&D, and commercial teams. Forge relationships, work with experts and innovators, and be part of shaping the future of medical dermatology. You will report directly to a VP Strategy.
