Project Manager – HRIS implementation

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This is a 12-month contract position, ideal for a professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale system installations. The successful candidate will work closely with our People, IT, and external vendor teams to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the HRIS vendor. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly. Data standardization: Ensuring that our existing data is standardized and aligned for suiting the new system. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes. Training and Support: Develop and execute a training plan for the People team and other end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the post-implementation phase.Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of five years’ experience in project management, specifically with HRIS Experience working with data standardization Experience with planning and facilitating testsTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Proficiency with project management tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
