Om rollen
Vi søger en erfaren, kreativ og ambitiøs frisør til Wellas Education team i Danmark Som Educator for Wella møder du daglig eksisterende og nye frisørsaloner i vores distrikter. Du arbejder tæt sammen med distriktsansvarlige sælgere og er ansvarlig for at give al den viden og inspiration vores kunder og saloner trænger til. I en educator rolle er det vigtigt at du i også er strukturert og trives med administrative oppgaver. Du skal repræsentere Education teamet internt og eksternt som en troværdig partner i branchen.
Arbeidsoppgaver Planlægge & gennemføre Education aktiviteter hos kunder i saloner, i Wella studiet og skoler – enten F2F eller digitalt. Ansvarlig for planlægning, afvikling og opfølgning af education aktiviteter i dit distrikt i tæt samarbejde med salg. Aktiv brug af SoMe for at fremme Wella Education, vores brands og seminarer Være en proaktiv sparringspartner for kunder og salg - og til enhver tid være opdateret på nyheder og kampagner, og hvad der foregår i branchen af trends Kontinuerlig udvikling af kompetencer på det personlige, kommersielle og digitale plan.
