Om virksomheden:
Speedperform er verdens førende leverandør inden for mobile device supportløsninger. Vi udvikler og sælger produktet Mobile SupportWare til de største teleoperatører på internationalt plan. Løsningen er internetbaserede supportsystemer, der sætter deres kunder i stand til at yde en bedre og mere effektiv kundeservice i deres call-centre og på deres websites. Vi leverer årligt internetbaserede manualer og anden dokumentation til mere end 700 mobiltelefonmodeller på forskellige sprog. Speedperform har hovedkontor på Bredgade i smukke omgivelser ved siden af Kastellet og tæt på Østerport Station samt Metro-station ved Marmorkirken. Herudover har vi regionale kontorer i Sydamerika og Ukraine.
Beskrivelse af arbejdsopgaver:
Du indgår i vores team af dygtige Technical Writere. Jobbet består i udarbejdelse af Speedperforms egne brugermanualer og anden dokumentation til mobiltelefoner på dansk. Arbejdet foregår i egenudviklede værktøjer.
Vi kan tilbyde:
Freelance-tilknytning til virksomheden med grundig oplæring. Herefter løbende allokering af Technical Writing-opgaver, som skal gennemføres i samarbejde med den øvrige organisation på vores kontor eller via fjernadgang på computer.
Faglige kvalifikationer:
Du behersker dansk og engelsk perfekt i skrift og tale. Du er færdig med en gymnasiel uddannelse og evt. i gang med en videregående uddannelse. Flair for IT og mobiltelefoner er derudover en fordel.
Personlige kompetencer:
Som person er du detaljeorienteret, meget grundig, positiv og engageret. Du har et godt humør, og du opfatter stramme deadlines som en udfordring frem for et problem.
Startdato:
Startdato i løbet af forsommeren / starten af sommeren og et forventet oplæringsforløb på 3 - 4 uger ved fuld tid.
