Your Role: Shaping the Future of UX/UI Design

As a UI/UX Designer at FOSS, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine user interfaces, improve workflows, and enhance user experiences. Your tasks will include:

Collaborating with product managers and fellow designers to understand user requirements and conceptualize through wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. Enhancing existing workflows for a more intuitive user experience, covering onboarding, navigation between modules, and within modules. Maintaining and evolving design system guidelines, working closely with front-end developers for effective implementation. Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback for data-driven design decisions. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging design tools and techniques.

Your Profile:

The profile we are looking for comes with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX/UI Design, or a related field. Also, we are looking for someone with : 

Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. Experience with design system implementation. Basic project management skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Proficiency in design software (Figma preferred). Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.

You should thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on quick learning and execution. Experience with app design is a plus but not a requirement.
