Our Finance team is essential for our business and for supporting and running a thriving community. We must consistently deliver the best in class service for our members, and finance plays a key role in enabling our teams to do this in the best way possible. 

You will operate across all of our 7 markets and work closely with the local teams in Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Austria and Estonia.


As a Finance Specialist your responsibilities will be: 

End-to-end responsible for month-end closing including reporting 

Ensure and control accounting transactions, including updating, booking and reconciliation of bank accounts

Taking part in VAT and tax reporting

Taking part in payroll and HR administration

Identify process improvements

Handling partner payments and partner dialogue with finance counterparties

Ad hoc tasks and general finance support as needed for a fast growing international scale-up


Who you are:  

You have 1-2 years of experience in working in a finance function 

You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in finance, accounting or similar topic 

You are able to work independently and respect deadlines 

You are able to work structured and keep a good overview of tasks at hand, while also being able to work in a dynamic environment where tasks can vary

Danish, Spanish or German language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
