Til vores Data Platform-team søger vi en Senior Analytics Engineer, der kan og vil påtage sig ansvar, er kvalitetsbevidst og engageret. Vi søger dig der vil være med til at løfte vores Data Platform til det næste niveau. 

Denne stilling er et vigtigt led i en øget prioritering af vores strategiske indsats indenfor vores Digital Innovation, Data og IT-område. Derfor søger vi nu endnu flere dygtige og engagerede profiler, der vil være med til at drive vores digitale transformation fremad og være med til at forme fremtiden med os. 

Som Senior Analytics Engineer vil du være ansvarlig for at drive og udvikle vores dataplatform som fundamentet for en data-drevet organisation. Du vil udvikle eksisterende og nye Data & Automatiseringsprodukter til Lederne og sikre kvaliteten og leverancerne i vores udviklingsprojekter.  

Vi udvikler banebrydende og konkrete digitale værktøjer, som skaber synlig værdi for vores medlemmer og medarbejdere. Se f.eks. vores jobmatch service, der bl.a. bygger på OpenAI GPT API’er i Azure og vores CV-tjek.

Stillingen og kerneansvarsområder: 

Som Senior Analytics Engineer vil du indgå i Data & Analytics teamet og vil få daglig sparring med 10 data- og analyseeksperter, der arbejder indenfor områderne Data Science, Data Engineering og Data Analytics.  

Vi er eksperimenterende og innovative i vores tilgang og prøver nye ting af samtidig med, at vi sørger for, at vi forbedrer det eksisterende. Vi er kendetegnet ved høj entusiasme og faglighed, hvor samarbejde og sparring er en vigtig del af dagligdagen. Ledelsesstilen er uformel, og med stor grad af frihed under ansvar. Du vil referere til Mathilde Loft, Teamchef for Data Platform. 

Dine ansvarsområder vil blive: 

Bidrage til udviklingen og driften af vores Data Platform. 

Ansvar for leverancer inden for automatisering og rapportering. 

Udvikle og eje data modeller i DBT. 

Binde Data & Analytics sammen og følge data fra kilde til produkt. 

Samarbejde med stakeholders for at udvikle en data-drevet organisation.
 

Du lykkes i stillingen, hvis du: 

Står solidt i din faglighed og ønsker at benytte den til at tage ansvar for opgaverne lige fra scooping, prioritering til udførelsen. Det er vigtigt, at du har et godt øje for kvalitet og retningen og motiveres af at have ansvar på dine skuldre. 

Vi ser, dig trives i rollen, hvis du arbejder analytisk, datadrevet, går systematisk og grundigt frem og med høj selvdisciplin. Du er god til at kommunikere tekniske emner til både tekniske og ikke-tekniske stakeholders og kan derfor skabe gode relationer på tværs af forretningen. Du drives af muligheden for at kunne lære fra dig og bidrage til læring og udvikling blandt dine kolleger. 

Derudover har du erfaring med en eller flere af: 

Snowflake, DBT og SQL. 

Python 

Azure Cloud og Docker. 

Du kommer formegentlig fra en tidligere stilling som analytics engineer, data analyst eller anden relevant stilling med SQL. Vigtigst for os er, at du har teknisk snille og er klar til at tage skridtet videre og have en mere senior rolle og påtage dig ansvaret herefter.
