Om stillingen
Som Team Coordinator vil du få en central rolle i at supportere og supervisere et team af smede i vores produktion i Nørresundby. Du vil være ansvarlig for at koordinere arbejdet, overvåge sikkerhedsprotokoller og sikre, at arbejdsprocesserne i produktionen lever op til de højeste kvalitetsstandarder. 

Stillingen indebærer: 

Ledelse og support af et team på 6-10 smede, herunder vurdering af deres egnethed til opgaverne. Tilstedeværelse i produktionen 90% af tiden og håndtering af kontoropgaver efter behov. Sikring af teamets vidensniveau og udpegning af en tolk ved behov. Rapportering af udfordringer på produktionsmøder. Implementering af daglige møder, sikkerhedsbriefinger og kontrol af sikkerhedsforanstaltninger. Sikring af overholdelse af kundekrav og udførelse af svejsekvalitetskontrol i samarbejde med QC. Kommunikation med supervisor for at sikre materialetilgængelighed.

Du skal kunne fremme et positivt arbejdsmiljø, udvikle teammedlemmernes færdigheder og effektivt kommunikere ugentlige opgaver og vigtige opdateringer. Det er også essentielt, at du kan overholde og fremme sikkerhedsstandarder og sikre høj kvalitet i arbejdsudførelsen.

Du bliver en del af afdelingen Pharma Rør, og derfor vil erfaring fra medicinalindustrien samt kendskab til rørtekniske emner som isometrier og PI&D være en stor fordel i denne rolle.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold
