We are looking for a Data Analyst, who thrives being part of projects, from brief to execution and advising and sparring with various colleagues within Customer Excellence.

At Lunar we are democratizing the power of money and changing the way we all bank, pay, and invest. We have grown by leaps and bounds since starting out in Aarhus in 2015 and are now considered a major player in the Nordics with offices in Copenhagen, and Stockholm, as well as employees working remotely across Europe and the UK.

As our new Data Analyst, you will be part of Analytics & Insights. A team consisting of 10 Data Analysts. The full data department consists of 40 individuals, and you will also work closely with both Data Engineers and Data Scientists. The team is mainly located in Copenhagen and supports all parts of the business from Finance, Marketing to Customer Excellence.

The team works very autonomously and there will be plenty of opportunities to take responsibility for projects and spar with colleagues. In addition to your evident passion for data, we also hope you enjoy having fun and building strong connections with colleagues and friends.

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable data analyst position.
  • Proficiency in designing dynamic dashboards using tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, or equivalent platforms.
  • Expertise in SQL (Python proficiency is a valuable asset but not required)
  • Experience with Data Storage systems.
  • Proactive and able to advise on opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Have an eye for increasing efficiency by utilizing data and an automated approach.

What will you do?

  • Build data models and data logic/definition to make data from our Data Warehouse come live for the organisation through dashboards, reporting, or analysis.
  • Maintain stringent data quality standards. Implement testing procedures and resolve bugs.
  • Responsible for defining, facilitating, and developing key metrics within Customer Excellence.
  • Collaborate with tech and Data Engineers around new data events.
  • Some Engineering work might occur related to new data events within the domain.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize data findings for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker.
  • Provide data and insights to ad hoc requests across the organisation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and business objectives.
  • Sparring partner for data-informed decision-making within Customer Excellence.
  • Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Tech Stack (specific system experience is not required to be a great match):

Looker, dbt, DataGrip, GitHub, Redshift.
