Datalogisk Institut, Københavns Universitet (DIKU), søger instruktorer og undervisningsassistenter til kurser, som udbydes på bacheloruddannelser og på kandidatuddannelser på DIKU i blok 1 og 2 i perioden 1. september 2024 – 31. januar 2025.

Vi mangler instruktorer og undervisningsassistenter på følgende kurser:

Arbejdsopgaver
Instruktorerne og undervisningsassistenternes opgaver varierer fra kursus til kursus, men omfatter normalt:

I forbindelse med kurset:
1. Forberedelse og afholdelse af ugentlige øvelser.
2. Forberedelse af kurset før kursusstart og evt. assistance under eksamen/reeksamen.
3. Ugentlige instruktormøder/undervisningsassistentmøder, herunder løbende kommunikation med den kursusansvarlige og andre instruktorer/undervisningsassistenter om arbejdsopgaver.
4. Prøveregning og udarbejdelse af opgaver.
5. Rettelse og godkendelse af opgaver, samt feedback på opgaver.
6. Vejledning og besvarelse af spørgsmål fra studerende udenfor øvelsestimerne, fx på Absalon.
7. Opgaver relateret til online undervisning – herunder varetagelse af rollen som e-moderator under hybride forelæsninger (her vil man assistere underviseren ved at holde øje med spørgsmål i chatten under forelæsning).

Arbejdsopgaver udenfor kursusregi:
1. Deltagelse i Instruktorworkshop på Institut for Naturfagenes Didaktik (IND), hvis man ikke har deltaget tidligere. På uddannelsen lærer du didaktiske værktøjer, som du kan bruge i din rolle som undervisningsassistent/instruktor. Vedlæg venligst diplom fra workshoppen, hvis du tidligere har deltaget.
2. Besvarelse af mails etc. fra instituttet vedr. ovenstående arbejdsopgaver, samt overholdelse af deadlines og aftaler.

3. På nogle af de obligatoriske kurser skal vi måske også bruge din hjælp til andre opgaver, såsom facilitering af studiegruppedannelse, arrangere og afholde studiecafeer eller reklamere for SPOT-arrangementer etc.

NB: Flertallet af kandidaterne vil modtage informations emails i løbet af juli. Dog vil de sidste stillinger til blok 1 blive besat og kandidater vil få besked medio august 2024. De sidste stillinger til blok 2 vil blive besat medio oktober, hvor kandidaterne vil modtage besked.

Kvalifikationskrav for stillingen som UNDERVISNINGSASSISTENT

For at kvalificere sig til stillingen som undervisningsassistent kræves en kandidatgrad. Stillingerne som undervisningsassistent ønskes fortrinsvis være besat med ansøgere, der inden for de sidste par år har tilegnet sig en kandidatgrad i Datalogi, Økonomi, Matematik, Cognition & It, Kommunikation & IT eller IT og Sundhed, såfremt de opnåede kompetencer er relevante for kurset. Derudover er det vigtigt, at du taler dansk på meget højt niveau (C1/C2) for at være undervisningsassistent på et BSc-kursus og taler godt engelsk som undervisningsassistent på MSc-kurserne. Ansættelsen er tidsbegrænset for en periode på 3 år.

Kvalifikationskrav for stillingen som INSTRUKTOR
Instruktoraterne ønskes fortrinsvis besat med ansøgere, der pt. går på bacheloruddannelsen eller kandidatuddannelse i Datalogi, Machine Learning og Datavidenskab eller Datalogi-Økonomi, Kognition og datavidenskab, Økonomi, Matematik, Cognition & IT, Kommunikation & IT eller IT og Sundhed, såfremt de opnåede kompetencer er relevante for kurset. Det er et krav at være indskrevet og aktiv studerende. Derudover er det vigtigt, at du taler dansk på meget højt niveau (C1/C2) for at være instruktor på et BSc-kursus og taler godt engelsk som instruktor på MSc-kurserne. Ansættelsen er tidsbegrænset for en periode på 5 år.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold for stillingen som UNDERVISNINGSASSISTENT
Ansættelsen sker i henhold til reglerne i 'Cirkulære om aftale om eksterne lektorer og undervisningsassistenter ved universiteter m.fl. under Uddannelses- og forskningsministeriet' samt bestemmelserne for undervisningsassistent-stillingen som den er beskrevet i 'Cirkulære om Stillingsstruktur for videnskabeligt personale ved universiteter'. Det konkrete timetal fastsættes pr kursus forud for hvert semester. Lønnen udgør 263,08kr. pr. time (1. oktober 2023 niveau). Som undervisningsassistent aflønnes du 130 timer på 7,5 ECTS-kursus og 260 timer for 15 ECTS-kursus.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold for stillingen som INSTRUKTOR
Ansættelsen er omfattet af overenskomsten mellem Skatteministeriet og Studenterundervisernes Landsforbund. Læs Cirkulære for overenskomst af Studenterundervisere ved universiteter mv. Det konkrete timetal pr kursus fastsættes forud for hvert semester. Lønnen udgør 234,10 kr. pr. time for instruktorer (1. oktober 2023 niveau). Som instruktor aflønnes du 130 timer på 7,5 ECTS-kursus og 260 timer for 15 ECTS-kursus.
