The Chef Role
Our kitchen team has a taste for developing the flavours to cook up a storm and strives to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. 

  • Our Chefs crave the taste of success and can handle the heat in any kitchen 
  • Cooking is the spice of your life and you will assist our chefs in preparing elements of our culinary delights 
  • As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the kitchen department 

    As Chef, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do

The Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen is a pioneer in numerous regards. It's the world's first design hotel and the only hotel by renowned designer and architect Arne Jacobsen, making it the true home of Danish modernism. Our recent renovation pays tribute to Arne Jacobsen's legacy, which is visible in every detail from the moment you enter the lobby. Original Swan, Egg and Pot chairs designed by Jacobsen stand reupholstered throughout the building, complementing the historic ambiance. Our 261 rooms and suites are distinctive by design, offering an abundance of natural light and modern amenities, including free high-speed Wi-Fi and Apple TV.

At ISSEI Copenhagen you can discover Japanese flavors seamlessly blended with timeless Peruvian ingredients such as aji, yellow peppers, Andes potatoes, and corn.
