As a Signalling Engineer, you will have a broad spectrum of tasks. You will identify and analyse requirements, with the final target to define and design IXL architectures and the related configurations of the IXL equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering of requirements from customers, safety, and other stakeholders.
- Define the trackside equipment to be controlled and detected and the application conditions related to the trackside engineering.
- Design of electrical drawings.
- Review of documents.
- Share and spread the knowledge of the IXL system architecture features to the project engineering community.
- Prepare test specifications.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Experience in working with legacy interlocking systems or ERTMS is considered a plus. You will receive training adapted to your qualifications.
- As a person, you are open-minded and curious. There will be work on various work packages and it's essential you can keep an overview of your different tasks.
- You have analytical skills, and you are motivated by challenging tasks.
