Could you be the full-time  Train  Service Training Manager in Copenhagen , we’re looking for?

Your future role

Get on-board and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Gregory Dussart, Maintenance Engineering Manager and Martin Sterner, Project Director Maintenance - Copenhagen, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

As Service Training Manager , you are responsible to: Prepare the Training Management Plan Coordinate of Training Material preparation. Manage the training planning (Forecast / Execution / Follow-up) Training Evaluation. Manage delivery of training elements during tender and project phase with respect of Integrated Service Readiness Management Plan and QCD. Manage training team involved in the design of training Materials. Manage Logistic organization and requirement for training Execution (Planning / Travel / Training environment) Manage coordination with other Métier or Function for the design of training Materials (mainly ISR documentation team) Manage coordination with Service Platform to ensure integration and compliancy with standard and best practice Manage training evaluation and capitalize REX.

We’ll look to you for : Promoting usage of standard Training practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool Capitalizing data and best practice to improve QCD on future project. Promoting innovative and pedagogic training tools (Simulator / IT train / e-Leaning / Virtual reality)

Engineering University Degree or equivalent. 5 years of Training experience within ISR Engineering scope or Maintenance Organisation. Railways technical knowledge on train and maintenance technical aspects. Fluency in English, Danish is desirable
