Associate Director for one of Denmark’s biggest continuous Brand Health Tracking setups

At Ipsos Denmark we are looking for an experienced Associate Director who can independently manage workstreams, client requests, and who is passionate about delivering superior client service to all our client’s stakeholders across the world.

You will be key member of our team working together with skilled analysts and consultants who are passionate about understanding the clients' market challenges and are proud of their work. 

Your key responsibilities include: Client management, proactively driving the client dialogue to scope and add value to the programme  Engage with and manage client stakeholders across the world  Deliver top class insights and actionable recommendations to help clients be successful in their strategy and marketing decisions  Feel comfortable to do presentations for, and workshops with, stakeholders at all levels  Responsible for client relationship and client satisfaction  Collaborate effectively with colleagues within Ipsos to assure quality and client management Support training activities and knowledge sharing Support your senior colleagues as well as act as a role model and mentor for younger colleagues Manage projects effectively and understand what drives project profitability

To succeed in the position, it is essential that you have an analytical mind - a flair for numbers , helping you put findings in its right context, foresee challenges and draw attention to solutions . Moreover, you have a good conceptual understanding of market research techniques and principles , focused especially on the brand health tracking suite of research. 

You understand the client environment, commercial issues, industry structures and societal context and hold a strong ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver against objectives . With natural flair, you can easily manage various stakeholders within a project. 

It is important that you have a solid experience with brand research , and with driving/co-driving large client accounts and have ambitions and appetite for continuously taking on increased responsibilities. 

You likely have a university degree in economics or marketing, and it is essential that you come with at least 5 years of experience working with quantitative market research . 

You communicate fluently in written and spoken English, our common company language.

About the Team

The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in-market brands in terms of monitoring health and making sure they are on the right course. Our tracking setup is characterised by including a strong client service element, state of the art deliverables & data visualisation, and advanced analysis, reporting and presentation. The Brand Health Tracking team consists of 10 employees with different profiles and experience levels, and work closely with our Data Science team.
