Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Behavioural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Behavioural Designer at GXN, you will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary teams to apply behavioural science insights to our design processes. This role requires a blend of strong graphical skills, a background in design, and an understanding of behavioural science principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise behavioural science methodologies to inform and enhance design strategies. Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioural analysis. Create compelling visual presentations and design prototypes. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and researchers to integrate behavioural insights into design solutions. Adapt design strategies for diverse markets, including European and APAC regions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Design, or a related field. Proven experience (internship or professional) applying behavioural science in a design context. Strong graphical skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino). Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in both European and APAC markets is required. Experience working at masterplan scale is required. Passion for sustainability and a commitment to innovative design solutions.
