As our new Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving initiatives with our customers. You will be part of a customer focused team that that engages directly with customers.

Specifically, your will focus on: Project Management

Project Planning and Scheduling: Creating project plans, defining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to project delivery and implementing strategies to mitigate them. This may include technical risks, resource constraints, or external dependencies. Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, schedule, or requirements, ensuring that any deviations are properly documented, communicated, and approved. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a primary point of contact for stakeholders (internal and external), providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts within the team or between stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.


Resource Management

Team Management: Leading and managing a small customer-focused team of integration engineers, testers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration with the customer. Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses, tracking budget utilisation, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Planning and Allocation: Assessing resource requirements for projects and aligning with internal stakeholders to secure realistic timelines. Knowledge Sharing: Facilitating knowledge sharing and lessons learned sessions within the team to promote continuous learning and improvement.


Quality and Performance

Quality Assurance: Overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet predefined standards and specifications. Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organisational policies throughout the project lifecycle. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project performance metrics, such as progress against milestones, budget utilisation, and team productivity, and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Post-Implementation Support: Providing support and assistance after project delivery, ensuring a smooth transition to operations and addressing any post-implementation issues or concerns. What we look for in our new colleague: Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance towards common goals. Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas, convey expectations, negotiate agreements, and resolve conflicts effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, senior management, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles. Working hours and specifications

⏱ Full-time, 37.5 hours a week.
