Our People & Communications team is looking for an ambitious student with a natural interest in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team. As part of the team, you will be part of building and executing our recruitment strategy. You will interface with colleagues across the organization and around the globe, and you will be trusted to jump in and support a range of project activities.  

You will support initiatives including: 

Play an active role in ensuring that all recruitment communication is handled smoothly (share invites, answer questions, coordinate with the internal stakeholders, etc.) 

Boost candidate experience by assisting with the searching of candidates, external communication, and other ad hoc tasks. 

Become an expert in our recruitment software and help with the maintenance and keep the system updated. 

Ensure recruitment performance is tracked with data and reports. 

Be first point-of-contact for queries regarding all talent acquisition matters.  

 

To succeed in this role, you:  

Are enrolled in a bachelor or master program and will be studying for at least 1-2 more years  

Will be able to work proactively approximately 15-20 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies. 

Have strong English skills in both written and spoken. English is our corporate language– both formally and informally in team activities. 

Are a digital native both in terms of presentation and communication – preferably advanced skills in Office 365  

Are independent, structured, have an eye for detail, and you take pride in creating quality deliverables.
