Reservation & Ticketing Agent - Copenhagen
W hat to do as a Reservation & Ticketing Agen t? Ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems (GDS) Amadeus and Sabre Answer and assist both travel agencies and final customers via incoming phone calls and emails Direct sales to final customers Monthly billing of ticket sales and sales reports Responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas Looking after tour operators, brokers, travel agencies and corporate customers Assist sales managers with fare check, benchmark etc.
What do you bring for knowledge and skills? Knowledge to deal with customers and to provide customer service Vocational training or a comparable qualification Practical experience with an airline, a travel agency, a tour operator, or a call center Good level of English and Danish / other languages is an advantage Passion, positive mindset, team spirit and willing to learn Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently Work experience with a reservation system (Amadeus and Sabre). Ideally you have gained practical experience with an airline, a travel agency or a tour operator
