We have an increasing number of projects on Zealand, where good local knowledge would be beneficial. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague with a background as Land Management Specialist, Lawyer or a related field, with a strong knowledge of areas and rights to join our team. We are more than 100 team members across all locations, working alongside our customers on some of Denmark’s most significant projects. In this position, you will be employed at our office in Lyngby or Ringsted with the possibility of also working from home. Your key activities will be:

  • Acquisition of areas and rights through expropriation and voluntary agreements
  • Administration of road law and private road law and the guest principle in connection with utility relocations
  • Real estate regulations, such as open areas, nature and environmental issues
  • Area’s distribution, groundwater protection, and nature restoration

Your educational background is not crucial – perhaps you have a master’s degree in Surveying, Planning and Land Management, you are a Land Management Specialist or a Lawyer, or you have another relevant academic education. You experience could possibly come from working in a municipality, utility company or a land surveying firm. On top of that, you will have:

  • Knowledge of legislation and processes related to municipal expropriations
  • Experience with areas and rights acquisition in constructions projects, including determining compensation, both through expropriation and voluntary agreements
  • Familiarity with road legislation and the regulatory requirements for construction projects related to road low and private road law
  • Experience with real estate regulation e.g., agriculture, nature and environmental issues
  • Fluency in Danish and you can speak and write English at a business level.
