As a key member of this team, you'll be based at our headquarters in Lynge, Denmark and report directly to the Head of Websites within the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing department.

Your work will involve close collaboration with our brand team, product managers, campaign, SEO managers and various other stakeholders. The Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Website Content Manager to oversee all aspects of content preparation, management, and strategy for the websites of our Widex brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging content, maintaining the freshness and relevance of website materials, and ensuring a consistent tone and brand message across all online platforms.

Furthermore, your role would include the following responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand’s objectives and target audience.Swiftly update and manage diverse content on the website through our content management system, ensuring all materials are current, accurate, engaging, and consistent with the brand's voice and style guide.Collaborate with the brand team, website- and campaign manager to produce high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand and drives website traffic.Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of materials.Ensure a positive user experience by organizing and structuring content in a way that is intuitive and easy to navigate.Remove outdated or irrelevant content.Store and distribute relevant content to the appropriate local markets and editors, ensuring accuracy and consistency across different regions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in content management and digital marketing.

Your Profile

This position requires an individual who possesses a deep passion for branding, combined with the technical acumen and experience necessary to effectively manage and own content within our content platform. A successful candidate will bring a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking, with a keen understanding of how to shape brand narratives and engage audiences through compelling content.

Key attributes of the desired candidate include:

Proven experience in content management, web publishing, or a similar role.Strong editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), we use Sitecore.A results-driven high performer with a strong “can-do” attitude.Sharp analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively in both written and verbal exchanges.Passionate about driving customer centricity by improving user experience.Willing and able to drive organizational change.Team player with energy and commitment to foster a positive and diverse team culture.Used to work in an international environment with many cultures and a diverse group of people.Strong in building trustful relationships with stakeholders across the organization.Excellent verbal and writing English skills – Danish is not a prerequisite.
