Junior Content Operations Specialist
We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe and we are now looking for a Content Operations Specialist in the Netherlands.

This is the role
As our new Junior Content Operations Specialist you will:

  • Curate and program our exclusive content alongside non-exclusive shows and audiobooks for the right audiences in the correct context with guidance from Global Programming
  • Ensure all Podimo releases are launched effectively, with strong supporting metadata, episode descriptions, artwork, and other assets
  • Support shows and creators in the entire lifecycle of a show. From ideation to renewal.
  • Work with the local Head of Operations to ensure we are accurately projecting and updating costs and listeners for each show

This is you
You are someone with:

  • Fluency in Dutch. You are also fluent in English, both written and verbal as you’ll be part of an international organisation.
  • Deep knowledge of the local podcast community with an ability to find the best shows to meet a listener’s need
  • A keen eye for what’s happening in the media landscape
  • Understanding and knowledge of audiobooks and industry
  • Comfort and understanding of how to highlight the best of a given show or episode
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfort with Google Sheets and other process management and administration tools

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus
