Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Success Manager to reach our ambitions and join our dedicated team in Copenhagen

The main mission of the University department is to work alongside our Higher Education partners through the implementation, launch and day-to-day use of the Career Center by JobTeaser. The Career Center is an innovative and user-friendly career guidance platform integrated within the intranets of these institutions, enabling them to guide their students and graduates in their career development, prepare them for the world of work and help them discover their best way forward.

As a Senior University Partnerships Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Nordic University Partnerships, and play a key role in the retention and success of our 30+ partner universities in Denmark, Finland and Norway. Specifically, ‘success’ refers to satisfaction of the University Career Services, as well as the activation and engagement of their students and corporate partners. In collaboration with the University Management, Support, Product and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the activation of your portfolio and for being the internal customers’ voice.

Main tasks and objectives

Monitor and improve our existing partnership with Universities in the Nordics:Develop solid relationships with the universities in your portfolio.Deliver on key KPIs (positive university sentiment, high NPS scores, 0 churn).Track and improve student engagement in the Career Center - ensure registrations and active usage of the platform.Help with product improvements by being an internal advocate for your partner universities.Push the roll out of new features to your partner universities and convince them to use those features.Lead innovative projects with your partner universities (example: create workshops about self-knowledge and career guidance using JobTeaser’s tools).Assist in planning and hosting events for our university partnersContribute to internal development projects:Encourage best practice sharing between our partner Higher Education institutions during dedicated events targeting career services.Animate group training.In collaboration with our Marketing teams, help your partner institutions with the promotion of the Career Center by JobTeaser.Think about innovative ways of increasing student engagement.

 

 
Qualifications

About you

Native Danish speaker and fluent in English (mandatory). Finnish language knowledge is a plus.At least 5 years experience in account management/customer relationship management.Customer centric - our partner institutions and our students are at the heart of what we do.Confident and diplomatic communicator with a passion for building consultative partnerships.Very organized, structured and data-driven - ability to measure and report regularly the efficiency of your actions with your portfolio.Fast learner and multitasker - ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.Understanding of students and the Higher Education industry is a big plus
