Master Data Coordinator / Maternity Cover, Artwork & Master Data

Your new role

In your new role, you will join the Master Data Operational team. The team creates and maintains master data for finished goods, bulk products, and packaging materials in SAP. Furthermore, this role will include providing operational support during change requests and projects from the organization (master data and cross-functional).

Lundbeck is a pharma company, and we are GMP-regulated and use GXP-regulated systems and the role includes continuous maintenance of Master Data related SOPs.

Your future team

Artwork and Master Data consists of 14 dedicated employees divided into 3 groups: Artwork, Master Data, and Serialization. The open position is within the Master Data operational team of 3 employees.

Artwork and Master Datais a part of the division Pharmaceutical Production & Supply Chain, and we are based in Lundbecks headquarters in Valby. The division consists of app. employees, located in Denmark and France, and we are responsible for the production and distribution of Lundbecks medical products.

As Master Data Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of Master Data.

What you bring to the team

Our preferred candidate has the following professional qualifications:

Experience in a similar role where the creation and maintenance of master data was a core responsibility (preferably in SAP)

Fluent in Danish is a requirement (all SOPs/procedures are in Danish)

Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (working with GMP and GXP) is beneficial

Positive mindset

Keen to changes and improvements in processes of daily work
