You will play an important role in:
MAN Energy Solutions’ retrofit standard portfolio consists of a broad range of products and solutions, all with the purpose of optimizing the two-stroke engines in operation. We do this by providing our customers with solutions for lowering running costs, fuel savings, improving availability and meeting modern emission legislations.
Your knowledge on handling customers and internal stakeholders, along with your ability to transform challenges into solutions, will contribute to your success in this role. We work in SAP (our ERP system) as our project and order handling tool, so having SAP experience will be an advantage for you to succeed in this position.
You will:
Be responsible from order confirmation in SAP to final project delivery to the customer (including preparation and coordination of service jobs with customers and service hubs) Be responsible for closing projects and final invoicing Coordinate delivery status with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, classification, technical service, product management department etc. Develop and own project/order execution processes Be the customer’s point of contact for all technical and commercial questions during the project execution phase Participate in customer meetings with technical inputs together with key account and sales managersWe imagine that you:
You are used to and thrive in a growing working environment where you have a lot on your plate. You have a good technical understanding and commercial mindset, maybe previous experience working in the marine industry, so you can put yourself in the shoes of the customer and understand the journey the customer is going through after ordering a Retrofit & Upgrade solution with us. Your project management skills are on an intermediate to high level and you are used to communicating with both internal stakeholders and customers with your excellent English skills in both speaking and writing.

Have 3+ years of experience with executing of technical projects/products or product orders Are used to handle and monitor component flows in SAP system Are able to handle demanding customers with high workload of activities and high expectation of immediate support/actions Have a strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are comfortable interacting at all levels in the organization Are structured, proactive and result oriented with focus on quality in your daily work Have technical background like Mechanical engineer, Marine engineer (preferred, but not mandatory)Welcome to Product execution, Retrofit & Upgrade department
You will be part of the Product Execution team. The project managers are executing all the orders we receive from the standard Retrofit & Upgrade product portfolio. We are a diverse team of skilled and dedicated people, focusing on customers and their needs. Your future colleagues are situated in Holeby, Frederikshavn and Copenhagen.
This particular position will be based in Copenhagen, where you will join our team of sales managers, project coordinators, product managers and project managers all dealing with retrofit’s standard product portfolio.
