At Lime, you find a listed company with nine offices in six countries. Founded in 1990 we have been growing by approximately 20 % per year since 2000 – a pace we intend to keep. In 2020 we opened our first non-Nordic office in The Netherlands. Since then, we have entered Germany, and are continuously working on further expansion and acquisition strategies.

With our fantastic sales team of two in Cologne, we are preparing to go from sales to delivery. This is where you come in - Let's take the DACH market to a new level together

What you will be doing?
As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for running customer projects that take our customers to new heights. You are responsible for the entire implementation process and continuously supporting the customer during the process to make sure they get the most out of their CRM investment.

Your tasks:

  • Hold meetings and workshops to identify and define customer needs
  • Project planning and managing dialogue with any third parties
  • Ensure project delivery and training of end users
  • Configure, develop, and customize the technical customer solution together with Lime's Application Consultants
  • Work in close collaboration with the local sales team in establishing and expanding our solution on the German market
  • Play a key role in building and expanding the local delivery team

You will be a part of our Expert Services department and get a lot of support from and work with your fellow Lime colleagues around Europe. At our office in Cologne, we share office with our colleagues from Userlike, the newest member of the Lime Technologies Group. You will have 400 colleagues in total, of which around 50 work in Cologne.

Skills & Requirements
Who are you?

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in leading software implementation projects
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to build our delivery department in Germany
  • You are used to working with several stakeholders and take ownership in dialogue with customers
  • You are structured and goal-oriented
  • You have an academic degree, preferably in IT
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
