Om os
KMD Nexus Partner er et lille innovativt team i for KMD, der specialiserer sig i intelligente og effektive it-løsninger inden for brugervenlige løsninger og digital transformation i samarbejde med vores partnere. Vi arbejder tæt sammen med vores kollegaer i de øvrige afdelinger af KMD Nexus.

Vi søger en dedikeret studentermedhjælper til at styrke vores administrative funktioner med fokus på grafiske elementer.

Arbejdsopgaver
Som studentermedhjælper hos KMD Nexus vil du blive involveret i en bred vifte af opgaver, herunder:

  • Udvikling og opdatering af præsentationer i PowerPoint med grafiske elementer
  • Administrativt arbejde i forbindelse med partnerkommunikation
  • Vedligeholdelse af partneroversigt og opdatering af kommunikationsmaterialer
  • Grafisk design til interne og eksterne dokumenter
  • Støtte til projektledelse, besøg hos partnere og koordinering af events

Kvalifikationer
Vi søger en studentermedhjælper med flair for administration og stærke grafiske færdigheder. Du bør have:

  • Erfaring med grafisk design og interesse for visuel formidling – det kan være du allerede kender eller bruger Adobe photoshop og/eller InDesign, eller har erfaring med Canva.
  • Færdigheder i PowerPoint og evnen til at skabe professionelle præsentationer
  • Gode kommunikationsevner og evnen til at samarbejde effektivt
  • Struktureret tilgang til opgaver og sans for detaljer

Vi er åbne over for forskellige studieretninger, men vi ser gerne at du 1½-2 år tilbage af din studietid, så du kan nå at indgå og blive en del af vores dynamiske team.

Som udgangspunkt søger vi en studentermedhjælper 15 timer/uge. Lønnen fastsættes efter gældende overenskomst og kompetenceniveau.
