The Role

As a Sales Enablement & Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our internal sales teams and external partners with a strong focus on video. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that enhance the sales capabilities of our teams. Your expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), combined with previous sales experience and coaching skills, will enable you to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. You will be responsible for writing clear learning objectives and outcomes to measure the effectiveness of the training initiatives.


This is a newly created role, allowing you to pave the path for how we should be doing things. In this influential and global role, you will be working across different time zones and geographies engaging with many different stakeholders.

Please be aware this job will require 30% travel and working across different geographies.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

Training Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective learning programs using LMS platforms like BrainShark and Eloomi. Create interactive training modules that address sales training needs in coordination with Product Management, Regional Sales Excellence, Pre-Sales, and Business Units.Sales Training Delivery and Coaching: Manage the global training and enablement calendar. Conduct live and virtual sessions for internal sales teams and external partners, providing personalized coaching and feedback. Educate teams on sales processes, methodologies, and product offerings, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.Content Creation and Material Development: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, e-learning content, and job aids. Ensure content remains relevant and aligned with sales strategies.Performance Tracking and Improvement: Write clear learning objectives and design assessments to measure training effectiveness. Monitor learner progress, generate reports, and continuously improve training methodologies based on feedback and performance data. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
 

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have

Proven experience (10 years) in sales, sales training, and coaching or similar roles.Experience in the relevant technology sector is preferred but not required: e.g. Video, Collaboration or Audio industry. Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience using them to deliver training content.Ability to design effective learning programs, write clear learning objectives, and develop training materials.Strong presentation and facilitation skills to conduct engaging training sessions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide feedback and coaching to learners.Deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and product knowledge.Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
