Your New Role as COO:

 

In this role, you'll be more than a title—you'll be a crucial architect of our future. Leveraging your consulting background, you will spearhead initiatives to catapult our revenue, expand our market presence, and refine our operations. Your strategic vision will guide our sales team into new markets, ensuring our actions are in lockstep with our company's overarching strategy and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Revenue Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that harmonises the efforts of sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Lead the charge into new markets, ensuring strategic and goal alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships across marketing for lead generation and brand positioning. Engage with Customer Success to uphold exceptional client satisfaction, identify up selling opportunities, and enhance the customer journey.

Market Analysis and Alignment: Keep a pulse on market trends and customer feedback to inform our product roadmap, ensuring we meet the needs of both new and existing market segments.

KPI Management: Define and oversee key performance indicators for revenue growth, providing the CEO with regular, insightful progress reports.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively implemented, aligning with our long-term goals.

Market Positioning and Pricing Strategy: Refine our market positioning through competitive pricing and strategic packaging, distinguishing Adversus in the marketplace.
