Copenhagen, Denmark EIVEE Full time

Who we are

At EIVEE, we're passionate about helping companies reduce their carbon footprint. Our mission is simple: we want to make it easy for businesses to measure their emissions and start their journey towards a greener future. That's why we've created a cutting-edge tech platform that provides market-leading accuracy and expert-validated insights into a company's climate impact.

With the support of top investors in the Nordics, we're on a rapid growth trajectory, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join us on our mission. If you're excited about making a real impact on the world by helping businesses become more sustainable, we want to hear from you. Together, we can make a difference and create a more sustainable future for all.

Customer Impact Success @ EIVEE

Join our Climate Impact Success team, a vital part of the Customer Experience division, where your role as a Climate Impact Manager is crucial. In this position, you'll be the primary contact for our customers, ensuring their journey with EIVEE is not just satisfactory, but exceptional. Your ultimate goal? To transform each engagement into a resounding success story and proactively guide our customers, showing them how partnering with EIVEE can significantly enhance their climate impact initiatives.

So, what’s the opportunity?

Ready to make a difference? Join us in our mission to create a sustainable future, one customer at a time:

Own the post-implementation journey for a portfolio of 15-20 customers, to ensure customer success and foster company growth. Oversee the daily resolution of customer issues, manage tactical engagement aspects with our platform, and develop long-term strategies for their climate impact journey. Become a product and domain expert, prioritizing customer growth initiatives and offering tailored advice for maximizing platform benefits. Coordinate as a project manager within EIVEE, orchestrating initiatives across departments like Implementation, Commercial, Product, Tech, Operations, and Leadership to guarantee customer success. Contribute to our voice-of-customer program, influencing future product development in line with customer needs.

We believe you'll thrive in this role if you have:

A University degree, within e.g. business, data science or sustainability with a focus on problem-solving. 2-4 years professional experience as a management consultant, ideally from a firm with strong sustainability profile, or similar advisory experience. Proven skills in project management, including problem breakdown, multitasking, prioritization, and execution. Experience in account management or communicating with senior customer stakeholders. This can be exemplified with capability to gain client trust and independently address their challenges and with examples of showing a commercial mindset and proficiency in conducting effective commercial dialogues. An understanding of the GHG protocol, sustainability principles, and how they relate to business goals, and stay updated with the latest trends in sustainability and carbon accounting to provide the best advice and solutions. A 'can-do' attitude combined with an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to learn new skills. You’re ready to grow with us and keep pace with our aspirational growth target, and not least are ready to play a front-row role in the climate battle, helping companies report and reduce emissions. Find yourself resonating with our values; Integrity, Unity, Care.

We don’t necessarily expect you to meet all above points from day one – but we do expect you to have some years of relevant experience and most importantly a desire to constantly learn and develop, together with the rest of the team, on our journey towards creating the best possible value and climate impact together with our customers.

We encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, national origin, religion, age, neurodiversity, or disability.

Great reasons to apply

Meaningful role in a sustainability-focused impact start-up. Impactful role with room for growth in an entrepreneurial, rapidly expanding organization. Dynamic work processes, steep learning curve, and excellent work/life balance. Remote work flexibility, mental wellbeing focus, private health insurance, and a vibrant work environment. Diverse and supportive team of 22 different nationalities.

You’ll work closely with Morten Dalgaard, Senior Climate Impact Manager. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you have any questions: morten.dalgaard@eivee.io
