Som studentermedhjælper i Payroll bliver du en del af en dynamisk og yderst velfungerende afdeling. Dit primære ansvarsområde bliver, sammen med dine kolleger, at sikre korrekt lønudbetaling til såvel funktionærer, som timelønnede medarbejdere i Danmark. Opgaverne er bl.a. oprettelse og vedligeholdelse af medarbejdere i SAP og Promark, indtastning af lønbilag, løbende kontrol af løndata etc. Du bliver desuden administrativ backup i afdelingen og varetager ad hoc-opgaver efter behov. Du kan forvente at få et bredt kendskab til den praktiske side af lovgivningen inden for sygedagpenge, barsel og aktiv beskæftigelsesindsats, og du kan se frem til en bred kontaktflade i hele organisationen.

Vi søger dig med en struktureret tilgang til dit arbejde, samt et kølige overblik, kan bevare roen og smilet-, også når tingene går stærkt. Du er samarbejds- og team-orienteret, men går ikke af vejen for at træffe selvstændige beslutninger. Du har sans for service, og du bidrager til den positive stemning i afdelingen med dit gode humør. Endelig er det afgørende, at du er fleksibel og kan fungere som afløser i perioder med ferie eller spidsbelastninger. Derudover forventer vi, at du:

Har minimum to år tilbage af dit studie Flydende kan tale og skrive dansk og engelsk Har flair for brugen af Excel
