Som Area Retail Manager vil du indgå i et team med ansvar for 12 veletablerede VERO MODA-butikker på Sjælland. Du får ansvar for den daglige opfølgning med butikscheferne og butikkernes performance. En central del af rollen er at rekruttere de rette butikschefer og varetage den daglige ledelse. Med motivation og en positiv indstilling skal du ligeledes sikre fastholdelse og løbende udvikling af butikscheferne. Mere specifikt indebærer dine opgaver at: Sikre opfyldelse af salgs- og KPI-mål for alle butikker Maksimere salg og performance Sikre, at alle teams yder enestående kundeservice Styrke teampræstationer og sikre effektiv personaleplanlægning Styre omkostninger, budgetter og eksekvere årlig planlægning og forecasting Sikre sammenhæng på tværs af butikkerne i forhold til merchandising og service Ansætte det rette team til dine butikker, inklusiv hele håndtering af rekrutteringsprocessen fra A-Z
