About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Location Manager to join our Denmark real estate team, responsible for the day-to-day management of our locations and facility management areas in Herning, Brande, and Ølgod. This role will support our core business operations and require strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all real estate topics across various locations, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and manage budgets for specific locations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversee contract management for suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely renewals and effective relationships.
  • Provide space management awareness and updates, creating informative presentations for the team.
  • Manage interactions with internal business units and external landlords, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Drive minor projects related to real estate, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal approval processes, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in real estate or facilities management or a related field, or equivalent experience in an office operational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with basic knowledge of finance (CapEx and OpEx budgets).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Competence in systems and the ability to use new finance and purchase tools.
  • A motivating team player with resilience, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and work effectively in large organizations.
