Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized hourly-paid part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen. The position consists of a maximum of 20 hours per week. The role is solely dedicated to maintaining the office, and being on-site is required. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.


Important: You must arrive at the office by 11 AM on at least 90% of your workdays.


Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Manage office communications, including responding to emails and handling mail.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for team members as needed.

Office Management

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Manage orders with the catering service.

Ensure the office is well-organized and efficiently managed.

Set up the company lunch from the caterer and tidy up after lunch.

Staff Support

Provide general support to visitors and staff members.

Assist in onboarding new employees.

Handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Other Duties

Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Help organize events and coordinate team-building events.


Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications as an office assistant or secretary are a plus.

Experience: Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.

Skills

Proficiency in Google Suite.

We welcome candidates from diverse linguistic backgrounds, but proficiency in English is essential. Danish is a nice to have.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
