    About the Role

    As our Office Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Copenhagen office runs smoothly. You will work closely with our leadership team and colleagues in Denmark, while also collaborating with our international teams. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and comfortable office environment, managing supplier relationships, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with office events.

    Work schedule: 3 days a week (24 hours total) – Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our office is located at Skudehavnsvej in Nordhavn.


    Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the office tidy and organized (e.g., set up lunch, clean up after lunch, take out trash, water plants, clean the coffee machine, and keep the dishwasher running).

Ensure safety measures are in place (e.g., secure wires, prevent tripping hazards).

Manage office supplies (e.g., kitchen supplies, stationery) and handle supplier relations (e.g., lunch vendors, cleaning services).

Assist with IT setup for new employees and maintain office equipment.

Help coordinate office events and team-building activities.

Be flexible with working outside of assigned days when necessary, such as when suppliers need access to the office on other days.

Structured and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Tech-savvy and adaptable to new IT tools such as Slack and Google Suite.
