Introduction to the Position

Join GN Hearing's e-commerce and Digital Customer Solutions team as a Student Helper, where your contributions will play a crucial role in managing our global websites. This opportunity is designed for students in the early years of their IT or Marketing/Communication education who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a digital environment. You will act as a super user within our Sitecore CM system and support the team with a variety of digital tasks, bridging the gap between technology and communication.

The Team You Will Be Part Of

Our team is responsible for the digital presence of GN Hearing across global platforms. We collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, from sales subsidiaries and product management to Group IT, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online user experience. As part of our team, you'll find a supportive environment that values innovation, learning, and the contribution of every member.

Your Contribution Is Appreciated, And You Will: Act as a Sitecore Super User, providing support and maintenance for portal websites, including ‘How-to’ support, troubleshooting, and training for local editors. Managing content in multiple languages and versions during product launches. Offer graphics support through basic photo and image editing. Assist with various miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the team’s digital initiatives.

To Succeed in the Role, We Imagine That You: Are currently in the early stages of your education, focused on IT, Marketing, or Communication. Have knowledge of CM systems, with a preference for Sitecore. Have experience in HTML and basic styling. Are detail-oriented and structured. Are proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, with experience in PIM systems and online marketing being advantageous. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and have a keen interest in IT, the Internet, and digital technologies. Are a fast learner, especially regarding IT and technical issues.

Joining GN as a Student Assistant

In GN, our Student Assistants typically work 15-20 hours a week. We value flexibility and will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.

You also have the possibility to join the GN Students Network. This expansive network connects students from various departments and frequently hosts events like Friday bars, student lunches, and other engaging social activities.
