Commercial Partner Manager for Microsoft

As Commercial Partner Manager for Microsoft, you will report to Aeven's AVP for Market Solutions & Partner Management and will be responsible for developing our strategic partnership with Microsoft. In this partnership, a large market potential lies in the interaction between Aeven's strong position on the Danish market as one of the leading Hybrid Cloud service providers within adaptive digital infrastructure and Microsoft as a market leader in Cloud and AI solutions.
You will be in close dialogue with our Solution Delivery departments, who together with you will manage and grow our partnership with Microsoft. Together with our sales department, you will engage in a close dialogue with Aeven's customers, who include some of Denmark's largest companies and organizations.
You will be the link between:
- The market themes related to Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions, the business needs of larger Danish companies/organizations,
- Aeven Market Solutions based on Microsoft solutions,
- Microsoft as Aeven's strategic partner and
- Aeven Solution Delivery within Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace and Security
Your primary Responsibilities
- Engage in close dialogue with Microsoft and act as an expert in Microsoft’s partner program
- Transform the partner program into the greatest possible value for Aeven
- Drive Solution Partner status and designations
- Ensure value of training and certification initiatives
- Together with Microsoft plan go-to-market plans in close cooperation with Aeven Solution Delivery and Sales
- Responsible for forecast and reporting on the objectives for the partnership
- Prepare activity plans in collaboration with Microsoft
- Ensure that Aeven Sales and Customer Success is continuously updated on Aeven's Market Solutions based on Microsoft and support these departments in the customer dialogue
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Relevant higher education
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience within the IT industry, preferably in a similar role (partner manager)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s partner program and commercial models is an advantage
- Good analytical skills and a good understanding of linking market needs with technology
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft’s solutions at a conceptual level and in a commercial context
- Solid experience of working in a larger organization and working with stakeholders who sometimes have conflicting interests

- You are persistent
- You are good at building relationships and maintaining them – both internally and externally in relation to Microsoft and Aeven's customers
- You are a team player and have the talent to bring relevant internal and external parties into play to jointly achieve Aeven's goals in relation to our Microsoft partnership
- Good communication skills at all levels, including presenting your arguments in a clear way tailored to the individual context
