As our new student assistant in the Global People Development team, you will be working with exciting and challenging tasks in the field of developing, creating and running activities to attract talents into Arla’s Graduate programmes.

How will you make an impact

You will play an important role and take lead in securing excellent and purposeful employer branding for our graduate programmes, while developing and running Arla ambassador corps’. Our Arla ambassadors will help you succeed and expand your network inside our global organization. You will be part of an integrated graduate team running all activities related to the graduate programmes and will be able to spar and collaborate with skilled colleagues within the area.

You will be based in our main Headquarter in Aarhus and we expect you to work approx. 2 days a week - some days will be external at Universities executing our branding activities. Among other things, you will:

Organize and coordinate all employer branding related activities, both physical and digital, to attract graduates. Support the administration of Arla ambassador corps, to keep our ambassador informed and prepared for the employer branding activities. Evaluate the employer branding activities to gain insights and improve concepts. Support content creation on digital platforms: arla.com, SharePoint etc.

As a person we expect you to strive be responsible, proactive and a self-starter, who handle tasks well organized in a detailed manner. You are eager to learn and take on tasks with hands-on in a practical manner. You are an outgoing and friendly person. Furthermore we expect that you:

Pursue a relevant education within Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Event Management or similar with approximately two years left. However we are open for any back with interest within HR. Possess the ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, with various stakeholders. Have excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel in particular).
