Your role | What will you be doing

Allow us to give you some background: Telia Denmark was recently acquired by Norlys, and now our common future is looking brighter than ever. We have embarked on the exciting work of integrating the two organisations, and as such we are looking for more hands to come join us to support us with this work. This means, that many different units are looking to hire more temporary and permanent employees and this is where you come in: To help us with just that – recruitments across all business areas. 

You'll be the guiding force behind our hiring managers, empowering them to craft exceptional recruitment experiences. Our aim? To help our business leaders cultivate diverse, high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.

Your role extends beyond traditional recruitment tasks; startup meetings with hiring managers, defining the scope, feedback on assessments, guiding hiring managers on pros/cons based on insights from assessments, search activities – fuelling the pipeline with qualified candidates and diversity.

Since we are seeing recruitment needs from all business areas, you should expect recruitments of technical and commercial profiles and covering volume recruitments as well.

You will be reporting to Head of HR, Communications & Sustainability.

Who Are You | Your experience

You may have practiced your skills as a recruitment consultant or an in-house recruiter in a larger organization. Regardless, you're well-versed in all facets of the recruitment lifecycle, ready to serve as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers. Your strength lies in your independence, coupled with a readiness to embrace change.

You're not just driven about recruitment; you have a few years of hands-on experience and provided feedback based on assessment tools Stakeholder management? You've got this. Your ability to take initiative and build relationships sets you apart Knowledge of the Danish candidate market and recruiting channels You can communicate in Danish and English
