The overall role of the Talent Lead is to:

  • Define and oversee the overall strategy for talent, talent development, and education across GroupM.
  • Be the central figure in the Talent Planning process and be responsible for coordinating and communicating this strategy and its narrative to everyone in the group.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all employees internally within the company and potential market candidates focusing on talent development and recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Talent Lead, you are responsible for creating the workplace of the future and ensuring a positive employee experience, as well that we continue to attract, recruit, and develop the best talent.

You should be able to help the agencies predict their talent needs, implement processes and structures, and support them in strengthening their talent management and skill development.

  • Talent Planning: You will be responsible for ensuring that our talent pipeline is constantly developing and moving. This involves improving the way we work with our talent pipeline and talent development, including workforce planning and forecasting, talent mapping, and succession planning.
  • People Development & Performance: You will be responsible as well as the facilitator of GroupM's training and competency development initiatives, and for promoting talent mobility across the group. This involves ensuring that current colleagues remain motivated and have opportunities for education and development both individually, professionally, and as leaders. You will also be responsible for managing and setting the agenda for our People Development Circle (HR annual cycle), which includes unfolding and executing Performance Development plans.
  • Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for defining the talent strategy for GroupM Denmark in collaboration with People Leads as well as ensuring an attractive recruitment and employee experience, and identifying opportunities for improvement, both strategically and operationally, in how we attract, organize, and develop talent.
  • Employer Branding: You will be responsible for setting the direction and actively working on our employer branding and initiatives that position GroupM and our agencies. This involves close collaboration with our internal communication team and relevant partners from the agencies, and actively participate in employer branding initiatives both internally and externally to strengthen our brand and attract top talent to our organizations.

  • Have a good business understanding so that you can create relevant solutions and value for the agencies and the business as a whole
  • Navigate a complex organization consisting of several agencies as well as a Nordic and global network
