We are looking for a successful candidate to take on this position as a maternity cover running for minimum 10 months.About the jobAs a Retail Coordinator in our team, you will primarily be responsible for supporting our own store in HAY House and partner stores around Europe.
You will provide a very important link between the back office and the stores.
Internally, you will be working closely together with our Store Manager, as well as Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Styling departments.More specifically, your tasks will include:Serving as a link between stores and other departments, such as Marketing, Procurement and StylingPresenting and coordinating new implementations from back officeCampaign and event coordinationProviding support in producing material, such as retail manuals and guidelinesObtaining and sending out weekly turnover figures as well as KPIsResponsibility for administrative and practical details at retail meetings, kick off etc.Purchasing and handling trend items – including pricing and contact with external suppliersActive participation within the development of our retail storeMiscellaneous assignments in retailAre you the Retail Coordinator we are looking for?Role expectationsAs a person you are excellent at planning and managing your own tasks, whilst maintaining an overview when things often get busyYou are independent, structured and used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focusYou have a naturally outgoing and enterprising personality and are always willing to go the extra mile in order to make things succeed and make a difference to the final outcomeExperience requiredIdeally you have 3 years’ experience from a similar positionYou are a competent user of Microsoft Office, with particular skills in PowerPoint and ExcelAny previous experience within retail in an international context is considered a major advantage, but not essentialYou are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and writtenYou want to be a part of HAY?Then do not hesitate to send us your application and CV as soon as possible and no later than 23 June .
