We are a diverse team of 8 employees working from different locations in Denmark, Finland and Lithuania and bringing different perspectives based on educational and working experience within legal, commercial and risk management. We value a trustworthy and healthy work culture and taking time to develop our selves as a team and as professionals to ensure proactive sustainable legal advise.

Steering Internal Governance and Compliance Efforts  

We imagine that you will be working from our new headquarters in Copenhagen. Although, we are open for other constellations as we currently have colleagues in Aarhus, Helsinki and Vilnius. We will focus on developing your skills and competencies by supporting and empowering you to succeed in any task and project within the operating model and mandate of the team. 

You will be working with: 

Provide legal advice on various internal governance matters such as committee governance, licensing, company filings and identification of key function holders.  Contribute to governance tasks and projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations including various reporting to senior management such as reviewing the Group structure and organisational structure.  Collaborate with various internal teams to develop and implement legal strategies such as legal risk profile management and implementation.  Contribute to promote a culture of ethical conduct and compliance within the organization.

Drive, Culture and Relationships  

We see you as someone who, has at least two years of working experience and/or experience from tasks of relevance to the team and to some extent hold below skills and competencies and we will teach you the rest. You just need to be motivated for further development.

You will mainly be working in English based on Danish regulation and international standards, so you need to have solid communication skills in both languages.
